To provide our reputation management services, we collect:

• Google Account Data: Through official Google OAuth 2.0, we access your Google Business Profile name, location, and review data. We do not access your private emails or other unrelated Google services.
• Contact Information: Your WhatsApp phone number and business name.
• Review Metadata: Content of customer reviews to generate AI-drafted responses.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data strictly for:

• Monitoring new reviews on your connected Google Business Profile.
• Generating automated response drafts via AI.
• Publishing approved responses to Google on your behalf.
• Sending real-time notifications to your WhatsApp.

4. Data Sharing and Security

• Third-Party Sharing: We NEVER sell, rent, or trade your personal or business data to third parties.
• AI Processing: Review text is processed securely through AI models (e.g., Google Gemini) to generate drafts. No business-identifiable data is used to train these models.
• Encryption: All data transmission is secured using industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption.

5. Your Rights and Data Deletion

You can revoke ReviuWize’s access to your Google account at any time via your Google Security Settings. To request a complete deletion of your account and associated data from our systems, please contact us at support@reviuwize.com. We will process such requests within 30 days.
