1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ReviuWize, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including Google’s and Meta’s respective platform policies.

2. Description of Service

ReviuWize provides an AI-assisted management tool for Google Business Profile reviews. The service includes review monitoring, AI response generation, and WhatsApp integration.

3. User Obligations and Content

  • Authorization: You must be the legal owner or an authorized manager of the Google Business Profile you connect to the service.
  • Final Approval: You understand that ReviuWize provides "drafts" of responses. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any content before it is published to Google.
  • Prohibited Acts: You agree not to use the service to generate spam, fraudulent reviews, or content that violates Google’s "Prohibited and Restricted Content" policies.
  • Review Gating & Platform Compliance: The Service includes tools designed to facilitate customer feedback and review management. You (the User) expressly agree to use these tools in full compliance with Google’s "Prohibited and Restricted Content" and "Review Gating" policies. Specifically, you shall not use the Service to: (a) discourage or prohibit negative reviews; (b) selectively solicit reviews only from customers with positive experiences; or (c) create technical barriers that prevent or hinder a customer from leaving a review on any third-party platform.
  • API Changes: ReviuWize acts solely as a technical intermediary. We do not guarantee that your use of the Service will comply with the evolving terms of third-party platforms (e.g., Google Business Profile, Meta). You acknowledge that non-compliance with these platform policies may result in the suspension or termination of your business profiles. ReviuWize shall not be liable for any such suspensions, loss of data, or ranking penalties.

4. Fees and Payments

Fees for our subscription plans (Basic, Pro, Premium) are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

ReviuWize is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including changes in Google’s or Meta’s API availability.
